Conditions governing reservations, payments, and your stay at Twiza Ningo Lodge.

By making a reservation with, visiting, or staying at Twiza Ningo Lodge ("the Lodge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from making a booking or using our services.
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation from the Lodge and any required deposit has been received. The Lodge reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Cancellations must be communicated directly to the Lodge by phone or email. Cancellations sent through third-party channels are not accepted. Group bookings of five (5) or more rooms may be subject to separate cancellation terms agreed at time of booking.

A valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification is required at check-in for all adult guests.
The Lodge reserves the right to ask any guest who breaches these standards to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, or other Lodge property during their stay. The Lodge reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of repairs or replacements. The Lodge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guest property unless caused by the negligence of Lodge staff.
The Lodge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your stay or use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law. Our liability in connection with any reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for that reservation.
The Lodge will not be in breach of these terms if it is prevented from performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, power failures, or public health emergencies.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
The Lodge reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will govern your reservation. The most current version is always available on this page.
