Terms of Use

By making a reservation with, visiting, or staying at Twiza Ningo Lodge ("the Lodge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from making a booking or using our services.

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation from the Lodge and any required deposit has been received. The Lodge reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all guest information provided at the time of booking is accurate.
• Incorrect information may result in delays at check-in or cancellation of the booking.

• All rates are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated.
• Rates are per room per night and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Full payment or the required deposit must be received to secure a reservation.
• Payment may be made by cash, mobile money, or any other method accepted by the Lodge.
• Applicable taxes and levies will be applied as required by Zambian law.

Cancellations must be communicated directly to the Lodge by phone or email. Cancellations sent through third-party channels are not accepted. Group bookings of five (5) or more rooms may be subject to separate cancellation terms agreed at time of booking.

A valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification is required at check-in for all adult guests.

• Check-in from 14:00. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may attract a fee.
• Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability — charged at half the nightly rate per additional four hours, or a full night's rate if staying beyond 18:00.

The Lodge reserves the right to ask any guest who breaches these standards to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.

• Respect other guests, staff, and all Lodge property.
• Observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
• Do not bring unregistered visitors into guest rooms without prior consent from management.
• Do not engage in any illegal activity on the premises.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, fixtures, or other Lodge property during their stay. The Lodge reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of repairs or replacements. The Lodge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guest property unless caused by the negligence of Lodge staff.

• All rooms and enclosed common areas are non-smoking. Designated outdoor areas are available.
• The Lodge serves and permits responsible consumption of alcohol in accordance with Zambian licensing laws.

The Lodge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your stay or use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law. Our liability in connection with any reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for that reservation.

The Lodge will not be in breach of these terms if it is prevented from performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, power failures, or public health emergencies.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

The Lodge reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will govern your reservation. The most current version is always available on this page.
